You will be guided by an English-speaking driver–guide.
The tour vehicle is a Nissan Caravan, a spacious and comfortable van that seats up to 10 passengers. It has strong air-conditioning and smooth suspension, making it perfect for seniors, families, and groups.
A stroller can be accommodated upon request.
Our Kyoto Tour Pricing
Our pricing is broken down into two seasonal categories. The group size determines the price per person.

Regular season
April 16th - March 14th
This is for all tours that are not at the height of the Spring blossom period. Start times will be at 9:00am or 9:30am
All day tours are 7 hours long.
Pricings are listed below:
Single person is ¥53,000 in total
Two person are ¥70,000 in total
Three person are ¥85,000 in total
Four person are ¥100,000 in total
Five person are ¥110,000 in total
Six person are ¥120,000 in total
Seven person are ¥130,000 in total
Eight person are ¥140,000 in total
Nine person are ¥150,000 in total
Custom tour will add 30,000JPY on the basic cost above, except for the total amount won't go above 150,000JPY
The whole group can not exceed 9 people per day. There is no discounted rates for children.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
There is a non-refundable deposit of ¥35,000 at the time of booking. The deposit will count toward your total amount of the tour.
The remaining amount will be invoiced to the email used to book the travel and must be paid by credit card no later than one week before your tour date. If not paid, your deposit will be forfeited and your tour date will be offered to another group.

Specifics About Tours
Regular packaged tours have fixed itineraries, which are carefully curated blends of hidden gems and the city's top highlights. Additionally, they allow you to include up to one requested place. However, if you wish to add multiple requested places or more, a custom tour is required, as it involves personalizing and significantly altering your itinerary. Tours to Nara or Osaka from Kyoto can also be arranged at an additional cost. Both custom tours and Nara/Osaka tours are approximately ¥30,000. For further information, please inquire through the chat form.
When you book your trip, you will fill out a form that let's us know about your group. Each tour is a private experience for just your group. You will not be joined by anyone else other than your guide.
We will pick you up at your hotel so please provide that information in the form.
We will also ask for your likes, dislikes, or allergies for food and drink.
Since we will enter temples and other structures, please wear socks with shoes that can be removed as entering buildings.
